Ingredients needed:
* 1 lb pork sausage
* 2 cups of cottage cheese
* 1 package of manicotti shells
* 1 jar of marinara sauce
* 1 cup of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation steps:
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
* In a large bowl, combine sausage and cottage cheese. Stuff into manicotti shells. Place in a greased 13 inch by 9 inch baking dish. Top with marinara sauce.
* Cover and bake for 1 hour.
* Uncover; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes longer. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
