Ingredients needed:
* 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
* 6 eggs
* 1 tablespoon of onion powder
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 1 teaspoon of white pepper
* 1 bag of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
* 1 bag of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
* 2 ready-made pie crusts (optional)
Preparation steps:
* Preheat oven to 365 degrees.
* In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, eggs, onion powder, salt and white pepper.
* Add the spinach and broccoli and mix well.
* Pour the mixture into 2 ready made pie crusts or a well greased baking dish.
* Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until the middle is solid.
