Fresh Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1/2 cup of olive oil
* 1/2 cup of lemon juice
* 1/2 cup of orange juice
* 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
* 3 tablespoons of crushed garlic
* 1 tablespoon of parsley
* 6 to 8 salmon fillets
* salt and pepper to taste
Preparation steps:
* Preheat oven to 400 degrees
* In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, soy sauce, crushed garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
* Place salmon fillets in the mixture and coat each piece.
* Place salmon fillets in a baking pan. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
