Chicken Cheese Soup Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 4 cups of cubed cooked chicken breast
* 3 1/2 cups of water
* 2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
* 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (approximately 16 oz)
* 1 can of diced potatoes, drained
* 1 package of Velveeta cheese, cubed (approximately 16 oz.)
Preparation steps:
* In a dutch oven, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
* Stir in cheese just until melted. Do not bring to a boil though.
Serve and enjoy
