Breaded Tilapia Fingers Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 cup of flour
* 3 eggs
* 2 cups of flavored bread crumbs
* 6 to 8 fillets Tilapia cut into thin strips
* oil for frying
Preparation steps:
* Place flour, eggs and bread crumbs into 3 separate shallow dishes.
* Using a fork, dip each piece of tilapia into the flour, then the egg and then the bread crumbs. Make sure that each piece is completely covered in each mixture.
* Fry on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden in color.
