Green Bean and Corn Casserole Oven Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 1 can of French-style green beans, drained
* 1 can of shoepeg corn, drained
* 1 can of cream of celery soup
* 1/2 cup of sliced celery
* 1/2 cup of chopped onion
* 1/2 cup of sour cream
* 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 jar of diced pimientos, drained
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
* 1/2 cup of crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 13 crackers)
* 2 tablespoons of butter, melted

Preparation steps:

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees
* In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, soup, celery, onion, sour cream, cheese, pimientos, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
* Combine the cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
